By using Rockuity you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Rockuity is

Rockuity is a tool for creating an event page where guests make AI songs, share media, and join a group celebration. Hosts are responsible for their event and the people they invite.

Plans & payment

Your first event is free, the complete branded experience (a payment card is required to start, but you are not charged for it; one free event per affiliate). To create more events you use the White-Label Plan below.
Active window: events stay live while your plan or event-pack credits cover them. When an event is no longer covered it sunsets (becomes read-only) and is taken down on a normal timeline.
Keep it forever means a downloadable keepsake of everything you created, yours to keep on your own device. It does not mean we host your event online indefinitely.
Planners / venues / businesses run Rockuity under their own brand on the White-Label Plan, see below.
Payments are processed by Stripe.

White-Label Affiliate Plan

If you run events as a business, you can offer the entire platform under your own brand (your name, logo, colors, and domain). Rockuity hosts and operates the technology on your behalf; you never touch infrastructure. Your guests interact with your brand, not ours.

Free first event. Every new affiliate gets one fully-branded event free, the complete product, not a limited demo. A payment card is required to start, but you are not charged for the free event. One free event per affiliate (we may decline duplicate free events from the same card).
The plan, $99/month (or an annual commitment billed monthly at a ~15% discount). Includes 5 events per month and all features: your branded subdomain, custom domain, unlimited staff seats, footer removal, priority generation, full CRM, and every event feature. Per-event limits apply (currently 250 guests and 150 songs per event).
The 5 monthly events reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Event packs. Need more than 5 in a month? Buy event packs (e.g. 5 / 20 / 50 events) as one-time purchases. Purchased events are added as credits, are consumed only after your monthly 5, and never expire.
Billing & cancellation. The $99 plan auto-renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your events return to the free tier. Purchased event-pack credits are retained after cancellation. Pack refunds remove the corresponding unused credits.
Your customers' data is yours. You are the controller of your customers' data; Rockuity is the processor and will not use it to compete with you or contact your customers except to operate the service.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own customer agreements, pricing to your clients, and the conduct of the events you run. You agree not to misrepresent Rockuity's role or resell in violation of these terms.

Refund policy

If you're not happy with a song, we'll re-make it. If you're still not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, just email us. We'd much rather make it right than have you dispute a charge.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rockuity to harass, defame, or upload content you don't have the right to share. Guest content is held for the host's approval before it goes public; hosts and Rockuity may remove content or suspend events that violate these terms.

Content & AI

Songs are AI-generated based on what guests submit. You're responsible for the prompts and media you provide. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Liability

Rockuity is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running for your event, but we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid.
