By using Rockuity you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Rockuity is

Rockuity is a tool for creating an event page where guests make AI songs, share media, and join a group celebration. Hosts are responsible for their event and the people they invite.

Plans & payment

Hosts pay a one-time price per event ($49 Standard / $99 Premium). This is not a subscription — there is no recurring charge for a host event.
Active window: your event is live from purchase through your event date + 90 days, then it sunsets (becomes read-only) and is taken down on a normal timeline.
Keep it forever means a downloadable keepsake of everything you created — yours to keep on your own device. It does not mean we host your event online indefinitely.
Planners / venues / businesses may use recurring plans with white-label features.
Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refund policy

If you're not happy with a song, we'll re-make it. If you're still not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — just email us. We'd much rather make it right than have you dispute a charge.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rockuity to harass, defame, or upload content you don't have the right to share. Guest content is held for the host's approval before it goes public; hosts and Rockuity may remove content or suspend events that violate these terms.

Content & AI

Songs are AI-generated based on what guests submit. You're responsible for the prompts and media you provide. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Liability

Rockuity is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running for your event, but we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid.
